I’m also a strategy and operations consultant for tech startups and data-driven nonprofits. In short, I use tech for good.

Furthermore, my proficiency in various low-code and no-code (LCNC) platforms, web app development, and applied management make me an asset in ensuring the success of complex projects or devising effective strategies.

In simpler terms, I specialize in empowering department heads to become “citizen developers.” Citizen development allows non-technical employees to create software applications, automate workflows, and implement solutions without traditional coding knowledge. It’s an innovative approach that democratizes technology and enables employees to contribute directly to their organization’s digital transformation.
As a CDBA, I bridge the gap between business and technology. I work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop a strategic roadmap for citizen development initiatives. In addition, I establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and oversee the training and support of citizen developer project teams, empowering them to bring their ideas to life.
